Reminiscing an Old-Time dish
Back in a popular demand, the Thai Boat Noodle Soup (or Thai river noodles), one of many comfort dishes many Thais have had fallen in love with, is now available on our menu.
Thai Boat Noodle Soup originated back in the time when boats and canals were the main mean of transports. The soup generally consists of rice noodles with beef or pork (and sometimes offal) in a brown broth which contains cinnamon, star anise and sometimes blood to thicken the soup (as in boeuf bourguignon). It is spicy with a hint of sourness.
Thai Boat Noodle Soup isn’t normally included in many other restaurants, so we think that the creation of this introductory dish is rather a special treat. Ask to see a selection of other old-time dishes from our Traditional Menu we have available.
